Mr. Bipul Kumar Saha was born in 1983 in Mirzapur village under Mithapukur police station of Rangpur district. He passed S.S.C in 1998 and H.S.C in 2000 with first division. He secured first place in the first class in B.Sc.Ag (Hons.) degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh in 2008.
He started his career as a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, Banglatesh Agricultural University in 2008.
Mr. Bipul Kumar Saha is the author of 9 scientific publications and 2 articles. He is indirectly involved in the research of many M.S. students.
